Kristen Andrzejewski
Senior Chemist
Kristen Andrzejewski joined Safetec in May 2026 as a Senior Chemist, bringing with her extensive experience in quality control, laboratory operations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. A graduate of Niagara University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry, Kristen has built a strong foundation in analytical testing, laboratory investigations, method validation, and Good Manufacturing Procedure compliance throughout her career.
Prior to joining Safetec, Kristen held several laboratory and quality control roles at several Life Sciences companies and manufacturers. Her experience spans analytical method validation, Standard Operating Procedure development, staff training, laboratory troubleshooting, and maintaining compliance in regulated manufacturing environments.
At Safetec, Kristen is excited to apply her laboratory and quality expertise while continuing to grow professionally alongside a collaborative team focused on quality and safety. Her detail-oriented approach and commitment to high standards make her a valuable addition to the organization.
Outside of work, Kristen enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking, and reading murder mystery novels. She is also a lifelong fan of the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres and loves attending games whenever possible.

- Fall is Kristen’s favorite season because football and hockey are back.
- She comes from a large family and is one of six children, which means family gatherings are always lively.
