Brent Pawelczak
Production Supervisor
Brent started at Safetec in 2012 as a Machine Operator. Since then, Brent has proven himself to be a trusted leader, leading to his most recent role as Production Supervisor.
As a Production Supervisor, Brent considers his most significant responsibility to be finding ways of streamlining processes to maximize efficiency and guiding Team Leads on their paths to supervisory roles. He also manages the day-to-day flow of the production floor for all three shifts and tracks all production data to ensure Safetec can deliver product to our customers on time.
Besides bringing management skills, computer skills, and machine knowledge to Safetec, Brent also brings FDA regulation knowledge he gained while attending the University of Buffalo to become a certified ISO:9001 internal auditor. Being proactive in reviewing company processes is key to his success.
Outside of Safetec, Brent is a family man, doting on three beautiful daughters, three grandsons, and one granddaughter. During the summer, you can find Brent behind the grill cooking up some delicious BBQ and enjoying the little things in life, like ice cream.
Fun Facts:
- His 110-pound Labrador Retriever, Raven, is the boss of his house!
- Loves touring the U.S. on his Harley Davidson Fatboy.
