Taylor Russo
Quality Manager
Taylor is a 2015 graduate of St. Bonaventure University (Go Bonnies!), where she received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. Since graduation, Taylor still finds herself learning each and every day from those around her, and she has been promoted several times since joining the team as a Lab Technician in 2016.
Most of Taylor’s day-to-day revolves around testing raw materials, batches, and finished goods products for consistency and quality, making sure it meets all customer specifications. She also works with quality issues, leads daily team meetings in QA/QC, evaluates incoming raw materials, deals with technical issues in the lab, and ensures the lab operates smoothly. In turn, assuring production operates smoothly.
Taylor trades her lab coat for a Buffalo Bills or Sabres jersey whenever an opportunity comes along. She also loves to try new restaurants with friends and family, watch some of her favorite tv shows, curl up, and read a good book.
