Quality Assurance Specialist

Lucia has been with Safetec since 2017, where she started as a Machine Operator and later moved into the role of Quality Inspector before becoming a Quality Assurance Specialist. On a daily basis, Lucia ensures that batch manufacturing documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with Safetec’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). She also handles updates to SOPs, manages all document change requests, assigns change numbers, prepares final versions, and sets effective dates once approvals are obtained. Lucia also oversees Safetec’s TLM system, where she manages document uploads and adds new employees.

Lucia is currently finishing her degree in Business Administration with a focus on Office Management, which has provided her with valuable skills in document management and technology. Before joining Safetec, Lucia worked in a packing factory and held the position of Quality Services Coordinator in her home country.

Lucia’s strengths include:

Outside of work, she enjoys watching science fiction films, particularly those focused on technology and the future.

A fun fact about Lucia is that she doesn’t taste her food while cooking—it wasn’t always great at first, but with time she perfected her dishes! Lucia initially joined Safetec through an agency and was drawn to the friendly and supportive environment. She also values the company’s opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
