Michael Scibilia

Michael graduated from Niagara University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. He has many years of experience with various lab instruments and a vast knowledge of raw materials, finished goods, and stability testing. Michael started at Safetec as a Chemist II / Stability Coordinator, and is now a Product & Supplier Quality Specialist supporting product development from concept through production, assist with new product launches, and help ensure strong documentation, collaboration, and efficient processes. He also plays a key role in supplier quality, supporting material qualification, managing SCARs, and assisting with audits to maintain compliance. Michael was drawn to Safetec because he wanted the ability to broaden his horizons with new products and test methods.

He enjoys working in a smaller, tight-knit atmosphere of a family-run business, much like his family’s businesses, where he bartends for in his spare time. Beyond helping the family businesses, Michael enjoys playing golf and other sports with his friends. He also enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time with their two cats and two dogs.
