The AAA reports gas prices slid about a half of a penny to $2.17 in the Buffalo-Niagara Falls region.  The pump price a year ago was fifty-nine cents higher.

Safetec of America, Inc. is continuing its expansion.  The company has invested $7 million in additional warehouse space and new equipment and purchased the former Post Office at 55 Monsignor Valente Drive.
