Safetec Milestone: 5-Year Anniversaries (April)

This month, Safetec of America, Inc. is thrilled to celebrate the 5-year milestone work anniversaries of our dedicated and hardworking employees. We are incredibly proud of Brad Burger, Miles McDowell, Jimar Burt, and Jared Cross for this significant accomplishment. We want to take this opportunity to express our gratitude for their unwavering commitment to the success of our company. 

Over the past five years, these employees have demonstrated an exceptional level of dedication and loyalty to Safetec, and their contributions have been instrumental in helping us achieve our goals. Their commitment to excellence and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers has not gone unnoticed, and we are grateful for their hard work and perseverance.  

Brad Burger
5 Year Anniversary
Anniversary Date: April 3 

With over three decades of experience in machine operation, Brad has developed a deep understanding and expertise in his craft. He willingly shares his knowledge and expertise with others, which makes him an invaluable asset to our team. He is an exceptionally dedicated and hardworking individual who takes immense pride in the quality of his work. 

Brad’s primary responsibilities at work include operating the sheeter and stacker machines and the BPI pouch machines. He is a natural at his job and always ensures that the machines run smoothly and efficiently. Brad is well-known for his reliability and unwavering commitment to getting the job done right. 

Outside work, Brad is a devoted animal lover who dotes on his beloved dog and cats. He treasures every moment he spends with his furry companions. Brad’s compassion and dedication extend to all aspects of his life, making him a truly outstanding team member. We are proud to have Brad as a part of our Safetec Family, and we extend our warmest congratulations on his work anniversary!

Miles McDowell
5 Year Anniversary
Anniversary Date: April 16 

Starting as a temporary employee, Miles has exhibited a wealth of knowledge and has become a skilled operator in the 5 years he has been with us. His expertise extends to all 7 of our IMAR pouch lines and the tube filling machine, including performing cleanings and changeovers on all these lines.  

Miles is a fast learner and has a great attitude toward learning new tasks. He takes on additional responsibilities without complaint and often shares his knowledge by training other employees. Miles is a diligent worker and takes pride in his job, which is reflected in the quality of his work. He is always willing to lend a hand and support his colleagues. It is an absolute pleasure to have Miles on our production team, and we congratulate him on reaching his 5-year anniversary with us!

Jimar Burt
5 Year Anniversary
Anniversary Date: April 16 

Jimar is an exceptional employee who brings so much positive energy to the workplace. He is not only reliable, but he is also easy to work with. Jimar’s can-do attitude and always smiling face make him a pleasure to be around.  

Jimar takes pride in his job, and it shows in the quality of his work. He is always willing to lend a helping hand and is always willing to help others. One of Jimar’s unique characteristics is that he loves to sing while he works, which helps to create a positive and upbeat atmosphere in the workplace. Overall, Jimar is such an asset to our team, and we’re proud to have him as a member of our organization. Congratulations on your work Anniversary, Jimar!

Jared is one of the most knowledgeable and dedicated employees at Safetec. He takes tremendous pride in his work and consistently delivers exceptional results, making him a valuable asset to our team. 

Jared works seamlessly with all departments and personnel, building strong relationships and ensuring that our operations run smoothly. He has a can-do attitude and is always willing to take on new challenges, approaching every project with enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence. Not only is Jared an exceptional worker, but he is also a joy to work with. His positive attitude and sense of humor make him a pleasure to be around, and he brings a spirit of collaboration and teamwork to everything he does. 

Jared’s expertise in organization and documentation is particularly noteworthy. He is one of the best people in this area, ensuring that our processes are well-documented and efficient. His attention to detail and commitment to keeping our records accurate and up to date is truly impressive. Overall, we feel very fortunate to have Jared on our Safetec team. He is a talented and hardworking professional who brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and positivity to everything he does.
